I have extensive experience of working as a Child and Adolescent therapist within the NHS and in private practice. I work with a wide variety of issues affecting young people these may include, self esteem, confidence, self harm, anxiety, eating issues and depression.
As children and young people may not want to sit and talk I offer alternative ways of working with this age group, through drawing, puppets and play.
I am an expert at working with Mothers and their pre-school age children, on issues around behaviour, eating and sleeping. If you have a toddler that feels out of control, let me help you to tame your toddler and improve your happiness. Please contact me to make an appointment.
As a Psychotherapist, I have worked for an eating disorders charity for the last 8 years. I currently see clients for binge eating, anorexia, bulimia and over eating issues. Many people think they are the only one, who feels embarrassed or ashamed about their eating habits. If you think you have a problem that you want to address please contact me to discuss your current difficulties.
As a qualified group therapist I have run therapeutic groups for adults for many years. I love working with groups and I am happy to facilitate any groups your organisation may want to offer.
Weight Wise Academy has been running for over three years and has been successfully helped a lot of people who have been unhappy with their weight. So if you are fed up constantly being on a diet, go and have a look at what we offer.
